SRO Housing Corporation seeking qualified Senior Facilities Manager candidates who are comfortable working in the DTLA Skid Row community. The successful candidates will be highly experienced in Maintenance, workplace safety, and data driven management and leadership. A background in budgeting; internal and external repair evaluations and collaboration with departmental leaders. This includes performing routine and/or preventative maintenance inspections of buildings systems, and equipment to ensure compliance within the limitations imposed by state, county or city ordinances, codes or law material handling equipment systems.
