Description

Looking to make a real difference? ❤️ Fostering a dog is one of the most rewarding things you can do. At Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue, we rescue dogs of all breeds from high-risk shelters before they’re euthanized, and we place them into loving foster homes while they wait for their forever families. We need long-term fosters for medium/large breed dogs listed below. Please let us know who you are interested in fostering when you reply! Also include your contact phone # and email: ❤️Axel - 4 year old Lab/Aussie mix. Our beautiful boy is extremely intelligent and high energy. He is friendly and playful with other dogs but needs an experienced dog handler who is active and can give him the training and stimulation he needs. Axel is loyal and loving and looking for his forever home. Can you give him a safe and loving foster home until he finds his family? ❤️Hercules - 7 year old, English Bulldog. Hercules is our squishy, cute English Bulldog. He can be stubborn and needs consistency and patience. He will need an experienced dog owner who can help him decompress, overcome his difficult past, and find his forever home. We’re a fully foster-based rescue – we don’t have a facility. That means we can’t save more dogs unless we have more fosters. Right now, we’re urgently looking for kind, reliable people in the Los Angeles area to help us save lives. We provide all food, supplies, and medical care. You provide a safe, loving home and help show these dogs what it means to be cared for. **This is not a job, this is an opportunity for dog lovers to be compensated for their time and commitment to the dogs care** ✅ ✅ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THESE ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS ✅✅: ✅ Must be 21 or older ✅ Must already have ALL approval from landlords, roommates, family, etc. Please do not reach out unless you’re 100% sure you’re able to bring a dog into your home ✅ Must be able to attend adoption events and supply pickups at Petco in West Hollywood every other Saturday. These are required ✅ Must be able to transport the dog to and from vet appointments as needed ✅ Must be able to commit to at least 4 weeks of fostering. You’ll help them come out of their shell, learn to trust again, and find the loving homes they deserve. 🐕💕 If you meet the above requirements and are ready to be a part of something life-changing, reach out today. Project Management + more. part time, 10 to 15 hours per week (santa rosa)
We are a startup non profit seeking someone that is has great 'general skills'. Computer skills, communication skills, and thinking skills. You will be working on Zoom a lot, helping others learn our Operating System. You will also be out in the community, talking to people about our non profit and how they can get involved. You will set your own work schedule, work from home, and you will have a lot of flexibility. We are seeking someone for 10 to 15 hours per week. This is a short term project, you will be working from about now until the 3rd week of December. The pay is not high, but we are looking for someone with high skills. The right person will take this position as much for the money as for the impact. The impact is we are starting up a "home food donation" system across 6 counties. Our non profit provides an operating system for households to leave a bag of food on their doorstep, and for volunteers to pick that food up and take it to pantries. Food Insecurity is a huge problem for our area, and this program could result in more than 1 million pounds of food going to food banks and pantries. Some example of things you'll be doing; 1) proficient in our operating system, teaching others how to use it, 2) planning and organizing, perhaps even designing, marketing materials. 3) organizing table top events at grocery stores, fairs, and other community events, and lots of other miscellaneous work. Every day will be different. If you are interested, please respond to this ad by sending your resume. We would especially like to know why you are interested in this, so a cover sheet of a paragraph or two expressing your interest would be nice. You can learn a lot more about what we are doing by going to www.ASGhelps.org Thank you!
