Use age-appropriate drills and games to teach soccer fundamentals. Provide individual attention to each child, ensuring skill development and personal growth. Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants. Interact positively with children, parents, and staff to maintain open communication. Compensation: Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour for Assistant Coach, $25 - $30 for Junior Coach, $30 - $35 for Lead Coach, $35+ for Head Coach On the job training from $18-$21 per hour, depending on commitment levels. Additional skillsets of marketing, sales and sports management will be compensated accordingly. Requirements Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare) preferred. Must have a passion for sports and a desire to inspire young athletes. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children. Flexible to work mornings, afternoons and weekends. Ability to travel to various class locations (up to 45 minutes away). CPR certification is a plus, but not required. Must be at least 18 years of age. The After Care Program Coordinator oversees all aspects of the after-school program for students in Early Childhood through 8th grade, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment aligned with the mission of SHA.
