You'll be responsible for participating in the design process preparing thorough electrical drawings and details. The work includes engineering design analysis for short circuit fault current, arc flash hazard, photometric anaylsis, voltage drop, load flow analysis, and general research of new technologies as applicable. Requirements The successful candidate will: Learn the primary drafting tools, Revit and AutoCAD, as well as engineering analysis tools such as SKM Power Tools for fault current studies and AGI for photometric analysis. Participate in development of electrical designs from concept through completion of construction. Prepare engineering design calculations, create layouts, and write detailed engineering reports. The Bakery and Coffee Manager is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the front of the house/service counters for both coffee and bakery. Oversee service staff of bakery and coffee service counters. • Provide and ensure that team members provide warm friendly customer service for the bakery/coffee counters including answering questions, selecting products, packaging and handing to the customer with a smile. • Write schedules for bakery and coffee service counters. • Ensure efficiencies between coffee and bakery counters are utilized including scheduling based on customer demand, cross training, etc… • Ensure that breaks/lunches are taken on time. • Train service counter employees to provide exceptional customer service including product knowledge and service standards. • Assist in hiring bakery/coffee employees. • Perform employee performance evaluations and check in with staff frequently in a supportive manner. • Oversee ordering and inventory of bakery/coffee service counters. • Ensure that quality/visual merchandising of products in case is up to standards and proper rotation of product is completed, including pulling subpar and/or expired product. • Maintain ice cream machine and ice cream area cleanliness. • Maintain products in vicinity of bakery/coffee such as bread, cookies, and other baked goods. I am looking for a flooring installer or a helper with experience in flooring. You must be able to lay Vinly plank and SPC flooring and grout ceramic tile. I have all the tools I just need someone to come that knows how to do flooring.

This individual will be responsible for cost estimating, proposals, invoicing, and client management. Prior experience with environmental investigations and remediation at E-Designation projects is a plus. This position may have some limited fieldwork at times. You must also have a vehicle because we go from one job to the next. The work includes weeding, pruning, trimming, mulching and planting.
