Warehouse & Administrative Support Appliance Repair Company We’re seeking a dependable Warehouse & Administrative Support team member to join our appliance repair company. This role combines light warehouse duties with straightforward administrative work—ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized and running efficiently. Position Overview You’ll play a key role in supporting our technicians by ensuring they have the right parts and paperwork each day. You’ll also help maintain accurate inventory, process returns, and keep the warehouse organized. This position requires some lifting (up to 30 lbs) but no heavy labor or forklift certification. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Pull and prepare appliance parts for technicians for the next day’s jobs • Receive and check in parts using our software system • Prepare invoices and parts packets for technicians • Maintain monthly warehouse inventory and organization • Handle daily returns, credits, and refunds from completed jobs • Keep the warehouse neat, clean, and efficient • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed Requirements: • Basic computer skills a must (inventory software, email, spreadsheets) • Able to lift up to 30 lbs • Punctual and dependable with strong organizational skills • Bilingual a plus (Spanish or any other language) • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Able to manage time well and stay focused on tasks Pay & Schedule: • $21/hour starting pay • Monday–Friday, full-time • Consistent, year-round work in a supportive environment If you want a steady position where your work directly contributes to our success—and you value a workplace that’s organized and efficient—we’d love to hear from you.
