Our client, a Cambridge-based educational institution, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This role is a full-time, onsite position, offering $22/hour for a 3+ month temporary assignment with potential for permanent placement. The position uncludes assisting senior staff with administrative tasks, event coordination, and student engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to leadership and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and event logistics. Assist with student employee hiring, payroll, and supervision. Support planning and execution of student organization events and campus programs. Prepare materials, documents, presentations, and communications for programs and events. Track office supplies, process payments, reimbursements, and assist with general office operations. Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of administrative support, event coordination, or student organization experience preferred.
