We are seeking a Full Time Receptionist. We need a team member that is friendly, detail oriented, can multi-task, and has good organizational and communication skills. Salary/Hourly Rate: $19 per hour Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable. • Greets and directs visitors to the company. • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel. • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information. • Receives, sorts, scans and forwards incoming mail. Process scanning of documents into databases. Maintains and routes publications. • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, paperwork and mail • Assist with other projects as needed Training will be provided. Qualifications for Receptionist: • 1 year experience • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work in a team environment or independently • Detail oriented and organizational skills • Bachelor’s Degree
