Candidate must be a self-starter, well versed in Jack Henry, and knowledge of Fed EUAC, FIS, TCH, and Microsoft Office is preferred. Candidate must be able to handle the full functioning of the Operations department, various software packages, preparation of detail-oriented policy memos and procedures, answer incoming customer and branch calls, multi-task many assignments on a strict time schedule, ensure dual control and compliance, as well as exhibiting advanced communication and comprehension skills. It is essential that the candidate has the ability to work well under pressure and can adapt to diverse situations with ease including handling challenges of staffing and multiple department interaction. Work schedule is 8am to 6pm. No college needed but preferred, but banking experience is required. Location is at our downtown NYC branch., 100% onsite, 5 days a week. Salary being offered is 95k.

Greet and assist visitors and colleagues with general office inquiries. Monitor and replenish office inventory and supplies as needed. Prepare and distribute daily production reports, invoices, and delivery labels. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Support the Executive and Administrative teams with clerical and project-based tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar office-based role. Experience in the food, hospitality, or wholesale industry is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — accuracy is essential. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and work independently or as part of a team. A professional, positive demeanor and strong sense of accountability. Must be available for holiday shifts as needed.
