Looking for a full-time office assistant/secretary to help at our garage. MUST have experience in the automotive industry along with having basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn. Hours would be from 10am till 6pm. The job consists of answering the phones, making appointments for customers and entering vehicles into our system, writing up and billing invoices, ordering car parts, running errands such as picking up parts, test driving vehicles and running to other garages, ect.
