Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a law office or immigration firm preferred. • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or another relevant language) is highly desirable. • Proficiency in using Google Calendar for scheduling appointments and managing attorney’s court hearings. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
