Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team. They are looking for an individual who can be flexible as needed, has strong organizational and prioritization skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment working closely with different members of the team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility for overtime and after-hours accessibility via text/email. This role is onsite, 4/1 days per week in upper midtown, Manhattan. Responsibilities: * Provide executive support to an executive and two additional Partners, including extensive calendar management with frequent last-minute changes * Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, proactively managing logistics such as flights, hotels, cars, and adjusting plans as needed * Prepare and process expenses in a timely and accurate manner * Build strong relationships with C-level executives, internal colleagues, and external executive assistants * Assist with meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and ad hoc projects as needed * Serve as a polished, professional point of contact and trusted gatekeeper for the Partners Qualifications: * 7-10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior executives in financial or professional services * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities * Excellent judgment and attention to detail * Professional demeanor with the confidence to work with C-level executives while remaining approachable Compensation/Benefits: * Up to $125,000 base salary + bonus * 100% company-covered healthcare * 401(k) and FSA Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
