Mobile Office Services Associate Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour Job Type: Full-time | Non-Exempt Supervisor: Client Relations Manager (CRM) or Client Relations Director (CRD) Job Summary We are seeking a Mobile Office Services Associate to provide consistent support across multiple firm locations. This role is primarily focused on print/reprographics, mailroom, and general office services. The Mobile Associate will travel to assigned sites to cover staffing needs, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and deliver high-quality service. Success in this role requires strong technical skills in office services, adaptability to new environments, and the ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Print & Reprographics Operate high-volume copiers, printers, and scanners to complete print, copy, and binding requests. Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of all print/reprographics jobs. Perform finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, hole punching, collating, and booklet creation. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate service requests when necessary. Mailroom & Shipping Process incoming and outgoing mail, including courier and overnight packages. Track and log deliveries; distribute items to appropriate departments promptly. Coordinate with vendors (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to ensure timely delivery. Office Services Support Maintain inventory of office and reprographics supplies; restock as needed. Provide hospitality and facilities support, including conference room setups and light equipment moves. Assist with scanning, filing, and document management requests. Mobile Coverage Travel between designated firm locations to cover shifts and provide backup support. Integrate quickly into new office environments and follow each site’s procedures. Communicate proactively with management regarding assignments, travel, and site-specific needs. Customer Service Provide professional, responsive service to attorneys, staff, and clients. Handle requests with accuracy, discretion, and urgency. Maintain a courteous and approachable demeanor under deadline pressure. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 1+ year of experience in office services, reprographics, print center, or related support role. Strong technical skills with copiers, printers, scanners, and reprographics equipment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to travel between sites and adapt to different team environments. Hiring for office position which is hybrid, approximately four days remote , and 28-35 hours per week. I have a small septic servicing company based in Santa Cruz. Due to County and State ordinances this is a quickly growing and high in demand industry. My current office personnel is needing to move on to other endeavors. I am looking for the right type of person to come onboard and be trained prior to their departure. Ideally I am looking for the right person to come 'into the office' and work with me to build systems and workflows maintain and organize documentation. Working with clients: scheduling, helping maintain customer relations, preparing estimates, and other client documents. Working with vendors: ordering parts and supplies. Working with field teams: assisting with needs in the field and working with other contractors. Working with various counties submitting paperwork and general communications. I have worked hard to build good trusting relationships with my clients, vendors, contractors and County agencies. Opportunities have greatly opened up for me and the company, and I am ready and needing to take this all to the next level and to bring that right person onboard to help me get there. The position at this time is fairly hybrid, 28-35 hrs per week. I would need someone to meet face to face once per week, go out into the field as necessary for training, and exposure to the industry’s faces, attend infrequent meetings with County agencies.
