Personal Assistant for Property Management and Real Estate Projects (Tahoe City)
REQUIRED:
* Experience in an admin role.
* Own and operate your own computer, cell phone, printer, WiFI, etc.
* Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar,
* Familiar with Quickbooks and Salesforce if possible
* Skilled in professional and results-oriented communication via text, voice, email, documents, etc.
* Highly organized person experienced in creating and managing schedules and tasks (using spreadsheets).
* Flexibility to periodically complete tasks on short notice.
* Have valid driver’s license and own transportation/vehicle.
* Ability to lift 30+ pounds (e.g. organize a storage shed, deliver larger supplies/items).
* Must be located in North lake Tahoe and work remotely.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
* Complete contracts (draft and obtian approval).
* Create rental posts and respond in a timely fashion to inquiries.
* Manage vendors (e.g. cleaning, pool, landscaping, general maintenance), create schedule/ calendar.
* Complete walk-thrus after renters vacate.
* Once property is booked, handle communications with renters.
* Create inventory lists; track and order supplies.
* Manage issues and problem solve with entities such as rental sites, credit card companies, insurance companies, etc. Strategy and follow-through is important.
* As a free-lance admin, maintain steady and appropriate communication with your client. Make suggestions for improvements as needed.
* Create new materials for renters and labels that help them enjoy their stay and keep everything safe.
* Complete research on various topics, as directed.
* Run errands.
