Our client, A reputable and highly regarded tech advisory nonprofit is looking the fulfill the need for a temporary Development Assistant. This position reports onsite five days per week, to the San Francisco office (Near Civic Center BART). The assignment is expected to last about three to four months, with the possibility of extension as needed, with an expected start of Monday, September 15th. Employment Type: Full Time Temporary | M - F | 9am - 5pm PT Onsite reporting Pay Rate: $32.00 / Hour Responsibilities: Routine accurate data entry into the customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ensuring all data is entered timely and with high attention to detail Processing and sending out membership gifts Data administration including updates to information, records or duplicate profile merging Conduct regular audits of donor and member data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and preparing materials as requested from supervisors Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least one year of administrative or clerical related work experience. Experience in Microsoft Office applications is desired. Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce), or donor databases (Raisers Edge) is preferred. Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and client-service mentality. Ability to support a fast-paced environment with prioritization of work accordingly. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization abilities and effective time management. A positive, collaborative, and team-oriented candidate is highly desired for this role.
