Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently with attention to detail. Experience in sales or client services is a plus. Strong analytical skills to assess situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is desirable.
