Remodeling/ Junk removal company based out of sterling We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant to handle a variety of administrative tasks, experience in the construction industry is a plus. Who We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will be: • Friendly, upbeat, and professional • Reliable and punctual • Highly organized and detail-oriented • A quick learner and self-starter • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Experienced in providing excellent customer service • Able to communicate clearly and effectively •Create and post engaging content daily across all social media platforms •Visit job sites to take photos, videos, and customer interviews •Track trends and ensure our social media presence is active and professional •Assist in ordering of materials •Answer and direct phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries or routing them appropriately. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role
