A leading commercial real estate services company is seeking a Property Associate to join their on-site team in Cambridge, MA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility for early vendor meetings) and offers $33/hour. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable functions. Track administrative expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities. Manage lease documents, notifications, and filing systems. Respond to tenant requests via email, phone, and work order systems. Coordinate office operations, mail, meetings, events, and building access. Ensure certificates of insurance are accurate and up to date.
