Organize turnovers on vacant apartments and make sure that the cleaning, repairs, carpet cleaning and lock changes get done in a timely manner and in the appropriate order. Collecting rent from tenants and provide the tenants with receipts. Make timely deposits at local bank. Deliver recertification paperwork to tenants for annually or interim recertification. Verify income/assets through the recertification process. Hand out/send applications /call back potential tenants.
