I’m a successful general contractor and real estate developer. My work is a unique mix of physical work and business. I’m a carpenter, licensed electrician, general contractor and licensed real estate broker. I work almost exclusively in San Francisco. My construction website is deepelm.net . I also have a successful property management and rental business focused on high end rentals in San Francisco.
