On-Site Manager (San Francisco)

GRE On-Site, LLC's on-site managers are part-time employees who live on-site and act as the eyes and ears of the building in which they reside. On-site managers have excellent communication and customer experience skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Compensation for this position is provided via a significant rent reduction or a full rent credit in the building to which you are assigned. Primary Responsibilities: • Respond to tenant issues in a timely manner • Light cleaning of all common areas, i.e., laundry and recycle rooms, elevator, and lobby • Resolve any emergency situations and coordinate vendors and contractors when needed • Occasionally assist with building inspections with portfolio managers, building owners, and vendors • Schedule, coordinate, and monitor move-ins and move-outs Qualifications: • Occasional availability after business hours and on weekends • Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities with efficiency and accuracy while maintaining building standards.
