You must learn to navigate your way through Appfolio smoothly, learn all the nuances and complete your everyday tasks like entering bills, printing invoices, emailing tenants and owners and writing professionals letters. You will use MS.Word , Excel, Office and other software for this job. - Be a people person- You will be the point of contact for the tenant accounts. Access their ledger and analyze the numbers and explain to tenants. - Have good written and verbal communication skills- This is a must! Key Responsibilities: Accounting (50%): Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Handle job cost tracking per project, including subcontractor invoicing, lien waivers, and client monthly Work In Progress (WIP) billing. Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy. Assist with month-end close and ensure records are ready for review by CPA.
