This role involves precise data entry, recordkeeping, and transaction processing — mainly in Accounts Payable and general accounting. As a key player in our finance team, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our general ledger, supporting vital reporting and compliance initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to make sure every financial transaction is handled swiftly and accurately. Requirements Manage the Order to Cash process by compiling documentation, creating accurate customer invoices, sending them promptly, receiving payments, and applying cash to customer accounts within the accounting system. Process accounts payable transactions by receiving vendor invoices and entering them into NetSuite for approval in a timely manner. Post journal entries related to daily transactions and support general ledger activities as needed. Prepare, coordinate, and verify supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely invoice package preparation and general ledger recording. Reconcile accounts regularly to confirm the accuracy of financial data and promptly resolve any discrepancies. Assist with monthly close activities by preparing account reconciliations and maintaining supporting documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flows and maintain data integrity across systems. Drive continuous process improvements in financial operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting experience or in a similar financial processing role. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Experience with Order to Cash and Accounts Payable processes, including invoicing, payment application, and vendor invoice processing. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate and timely transaction processing. Familiarity with accounting systems and software used to process transactions and manage financial data. Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with financial data and reports. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with finance and operational teams.
