POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that puts you at the heart of our commitment to exceptional customer service? As a Field Service Engineer, you'll provide hands-on supervision and support to ensure vehicle repairs are carried out efficiently, whether at customer workshops, vendor facilities, or on-site at customer premises. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
To provide after sales support to customers with ADL product
To supervise and support warranty repairs and campaign modifications.
To co-ordinate repairs with other Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and agents
To help identify and report reliability, performance, and maintenance issues that affect customer perception of the ADL product
Support in the communication to customers on progress of repairs
To undertake the prompt completion of work records and timesheets for all warranty repairs including parts used.
To provide product familiarisation and technical training to customers maintenance staff and parts personnel.
To fast-track issues of high customer concern to Overseas Service Manager and provide daily availability reports.
To diagnose and assist in repair of Mechanical, Electrical and Body related faults
This role will involve training individuals and providing technical advice on deep diagnostics and repairs on latest generation vehicles, both standard driveline, EV, and Hybrid buses.
Customer satisfactions by ensuring vehicles are promptly returned to service.
Work as part of a team following company guidelines and safety policy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Background in vehicle repair.
Detailed knowledge of ADL products and procedures. Certified and licensed Mechanic
Minimum 5 year’s experience on ADL Enviro range of low emission buses or similar.
Communicative skills in written, oral, and electronic.
Experience of vehicle maintenance procedures and operation.
Have a high level of electrical knowledge and experience, coupled with strong fault diagnostic capabilities
Hold a Full Valid Driving Licence and ideally hold a current PCV or Commercial Driving Licence
A good level of computer literacy is required to operate laptop diagnostic equipment.
As the position will be “field based” the successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and able to communicate with Customers and Colleagues at all levels.
A good understanding of modern EPA diesel engines and exhaust gas processors including DEF injection, pneumatic braking systems including anti-lock, automatic gearboxes, multiplex electrics using J1939 protocol and the principles of electricity.
Be able to identify and describe the function of electrical components, read circuit diagrams and carry out fault tree diagnosis. Must have own tools.
Multi Skilled – be able to carry out all aspects of passenger vehicle repairs including. body, electrical and mechanical systems.

We’re looking for a Chiller Technician who will provide maintenance, repairs, and installation services of chillers for commercial customers. We are a leading provider of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) solutions for improved wireless coverage and capacity. Our team of experienced engineers and technicians work closely with clients in various industries to design, install, and maintain DAS networks that meet their specific connectivity needs.
As a DAS Field Engineer at CED Systems, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of DAS networks. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure the efficient and effective deployment of DAS solutions. This includes conducting site surveys, designing system configurations, installing and commissioning equipment, and performing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
Essential Functions:
Provide on-site technical expertise during integration, commissioning, testing, and optimizing of distributed antenna systems (DAS) and small cells.
Serve as the key technical subject-matter expert within a region and/or program for complex in-building solutions for customers; be the liaison between Sales and the customer on technical matters; respond to technical inquiries and make technical recommendations as appropriate.
Work with the technical experts of our customers, carriers, sub-contractors, solution engineers, design engineers, and field technicians to deploy and operationalize distributed antenna systems (DAS) and/or small cells.
Lead and perform pre-and post-deployment survey activities for new iDAS/oDAS deployments utilizing software and tools.
Lead and perform integration and commissioning during system deployments and field trials.
Lead and perform pre-and post-deployment RF data collection and analysis efforts to help define and improve coverage requirements.
Work with design engineers and other stakeholders to identify and correct system issues that surface during deployment and acceptance testing. Make technical recommendations to optimize and correct deficiencies.

We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker or Tool Repair Technician to join our team in Slinger, WI. This is a full-time, permanent role offering up to $45/hour with full benefits. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with manual mills, lathes, and hand tools to construct and repair tooling.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and repair tools, dies, and fixtures
Use manual mills, lathes, and hand tools to complete precision work
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot tooling issues
Ensure tools meet quality and safety standards
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in toolmaking or tool repair
Skilled in manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Reliable and able to work independently
Shifts Available
First Shift:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (8-hour shifts minimum)
May require 10-hour shifts or occasional Saturdays depending on workload
Third Shift:
9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
4–5 days per week
