2001 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax - $5,000 (Aberdeen)

Good work truck that needs some love that I can’t give. The transmission was replaced about two years ago and still works good, but either the torque converter or pump seal sprung a leak. Our local mechanic shop said it would be roughly a $2,500 fix either way. The other issue that isn’t as immediate is the trucks leaks anti-freeze pretty bad. I believe the exhaust is leaking into the coolant which causes pressure in the coolant reservoir. There are two small holes drilled in the top of the coolant reservoir to relieve the pressure. Those are the main issues concerning the truck other than obvious ware on the truck from use. The truck rack, truck box, and tonneau cover come with the truck. I don’t have a pic of the cover right now, but it’s black and in decent shape. The power steering doesn’t work as well as before and the gas gauge does not work. When they installed the remanufactured transmission the tow haul button quit working as well. The passenger side mirror won’t stay in place too. Trying my best to not have any surprises for anybody interested. Windows work, 4x4 high and low work, starts every time! Looking to get $5,000 for it. Please call or text if interested, thanks!
