WA Internal Sales Representative– Remote/Work From Home | High-Earning

📍 Work From Home | High-Earning Potential Xavy Handyman Services LLC is growing fast, and we’re looking for sharp, hungry, and motivated Internal Sales Representatives to join our remote sales team. This is a position with serious earning potential for closers who can manage a fast-moving pipeline and keep deals moving. You’ll work in a tech-forward, supportive environment, focused on handling inbound and warm leads — no door-to-door or cold knocking required. 🛠️ What You’ll Do: -Call, text, and follow up with inbound homeowner leads -Qualify potential clients and explain our handyman/remodeling services -Create and send estimates using our system (training provided) -Use our CRM (ServiceM8) to track lead status and activity -Communicate project details clearly to our field and operations team Help clients feel confident in hiring us — and close the deal ✅ What We’re Looking For: Sales experience (construction or home services preferred) -Confident phone presence – you’re persuasive, professional, and persistent -Organized, fast-moving, and independent -Tech-savvy: Gmail, Google Drive, CRM tools, phone/text -Available full-time (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM preferred) -Based in Colorado is a plus (remote, but some local field exposure is helpful) -Comfortable working commission-only 🎯 What We Offer: -Pre-qualified inbound leads sent to you daily -Full support from our admin and project management team -CRM system to manage and track leads -Weekly check-ins and coaching to increase close rate -Commission paid on closed jobs only -Opportunities to grow into a team lead or sales manager role -Typical projects range from $10K–$150K — with no cap on earnings 📩 Ready to Apply?
