About Us We're transforming how recruiters and startups hire by automating the interview process with AI. As a solo founder who's built a product that will surprise you with the quality/performance of AI Interviews, I'm looking for our first SDR to help bring this solution to market. This is a rare opportunity to be the founding member of our sales team and directly shape how we grow. The Role As our first SDR, you'll own the entire top-of-funnel sales process and work directly with me (the founder) to build our go-to-market engine from the ground up. This isn't just another SDR role - you'll be instrumental in defining our sales playbook, testing messaging, and laying the foundation for our future sales team. What You'll Do Identify and reach out to recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, and startup founders through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Book 10-15 qualified demos per month (ramping up over your first 90 days) Collaborate with me to refine our ideal customer profile and messaging Build and iterate on outreach sequences and sales collateral Help establish our sales tech stack and processes Provide direct market feedback to influence product development Eventually help hire and train the next SDRs as we scale You're a Great Fit If: 1-3 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience (SaaS preferred but not required) You're a strong writer - your emails get responses You're genuinely curious about how businesses work and love learning You thrive in ambiguity - we're early stage, things change fast You want to grow your career - this role can lead to AE, sales leadership, or customer success Bonus: Experience selling to HR/recruiting teams or in the HR tech space Bonus: You've worked at an early-stage startup before What We Offer Competitive compensation: $45-60k base + uncapped commission (realistic OTE: $75-95k) Direct founder access: Daily collaboration and mentorship Career growth: Clear path to AE or sales leadership as we scale Impact: Your work directly influences our product and company direction Flexibility: Remote-first with flexible hours (some overlap with PST required) Tools & resources: We'll invest in the tools you need to succeed Your First 90 Days Days 1-30: Learn the product inside out, understand our ICP, start outreach Days 31-60: Book your first 5 qualified meetings, establish your rhythm Days 61-90: Hit consistent weekly meeting targets, help define v2 of our playbook Interview Process Initial resume screen and then AI Interview using the actual product you'll be selling!
