The room has two large windows, one walking closet, its own bathroom, and plenty of light (any time of the day, including gloomy winter days). It is FURNISHED and is perfect for someone who look for temporary housing for a rental period of 1 year. We are open for an August 25th moving date but are always flexible with the right person. A few things to keep in mind: We are renting out ONE room inside our two-bedroom apartment. There is NO SHARED area. (1) We are open to discussing the possible usage of the kitchen, but please keep in mind that this rental arrangement may not be ideal for someone who frequently cooks.
