Hello! We are offering a bedroom in our 3 bed 2 bath apartment. There is an in unit washer and dryer, full kitchen, sizable furnished living room, and a spare room used for storage. In the bedroom you would have a nice window, closet, and just outside your bedroom door is the guest bath which would be primarily yours, as we have one in our room, but it is occasionally used by company. The apartment is walking distance to several grocery stores, concord BART, and a bar. We have one cat, and one snake. If you have any pets thats completely fine, but we ask that it only be one cat or one medium/small dog, though any small pets that stay in your room are fine. Move in date is Oct. 1st, monthly rent is 955. We evenly split power and wifi, but there are no other utilities. The current residents are two transgender men in a relationship. We’re both in our mid-late twenties. Any applicants must be comfortable with queer individuals, cats, smoke, and weed. We’re a welcoming duo, and would love to meet you!
