Hi, One of our roommates is moving to Santa Rosa. We are looking for a social roommate to fill his spot in the house. Single occupancy only. The room is 10x 10 and shares a bathroom with 4 of the roomates. The room has a single closet. The house is a 2700 sqft 6-bedroom house. It is community house so we want someone who will hang out and be social with the rest of the roommates. There are 5 roommates. We all have our introvert sides too, but want someone who we can be friends with! Rent is $950 PG&E is split between the six roomates and averages between $50 and $60 a month per person. Deposit is $950 • Month to month lease with 30 days’ notice.
