Looking for a female housemate. I have an unfurnished room in my house for rent. My house is in the quiet Evergreen hill (San Jose, CA 95148) area. House is located near Evergreen Community College. Bathroom is shared with another female. Monthly rent is $950-1050 for 1 person occupancy. Rent includes basic utilities include internet, light to no cooking, basic laundry.
