$912 / 2br - 861ft2 - New roommate(s) needed for apartment ($912 monthly) (Enumclaw)

I am looking for a roommate (single or couple) to take up a 1 year lease with me starting on October1st. The listed price is before utilities, but since I need a move in quickly I'll only ask for you to cover $912 base rent and the electric bill, I'll cover all other utilities for the first year as a incentive. Photo of bedroom to come,current roommate still here till end of september, it will be cleaned and unfurnished (besides the dresser) before move-in. The offer is for the larger of the two bedrooms and full run of the living room area to be furnished as you like. The apartment is located on the second floor and a washer/dryer are in unit. Background and income check are completed through the leasing office, there is an income requirement of at least $18.50 an hour full time.
