Welcome! We are looking for a kind, creative spirit to join our Earthy Home. We have a unique home and it is a great opportunity for the right being. We embrace and offer warmth, family vibes, and good energy for you to contemplate this universe. Our lovely craftsman home has large communal spaces, territorial views, organic veggie garden with fruit trees and berries. The second floor of the home has sustainably harvested and refinished hardwood floors throughout as well as an updated and efficient radiant heat system. Our energy is 100% offset by our solar array. The foundations of the house are built on environmental stewardship including practices like recycling, biking, gardening, water conservation, hanging clothing to dry, cleaning with non-toxic cleaners, rescuing food, and bringing our own bag when we shop. We also support wind energy by purchasing credits. We embrace the arts and healthy living. The room available is on the main floor with a nice big bay window overlooking the garden and backyard. It's a very nice sunny room with south and west exposure. The room also offers live edge built-in poplar shelves and new reclaimed oak barnwood floors (see last pic). Size is roughly 10x14 feet. Please no smoking or drug use. No pets. We do have one very friendly cat. Rent is $900 a month. Utilities, including internet, are split equally.
