Hi there, A room is opening up in our Greenpoint apartment! 3 bed, 1 bath, with two other roommates. Rent is $850. Electric, gas, and Internet average an additional $70 a month. The potential roommate would be signing the yearlong lease with us. About the room/apartment: --Around 8x10 with closet and window to street-facing balcony. --Second floor walk-up. --Full living room and kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave. --Washer and dryer in basement. --Room for one more bike in the apartment (we have storage on the living room wall). --Living and kitchen areas are furnished, room will be furnished.
