The larger of the two bedrooms dimensions are 10'6" by 13'4" for around 140 total square feet and just had brand new carpet installed last year by the property owner. The rent for the smaller bedroom is $745 per month and the rent for the larger bedroom is $800 per month. There is a $500 security deposit per room. The lease is only month to month and you will have to fill out a rental application through property management if you want to be on the lease. There are only 2 utility bills per month. SDG&E for gas and electricity and Spectrum for high speed internet. SDG&E is around $75 per month and Spectrum is locked in at $86.25 per month.
