I have a spacious room for rent in a very quiet neighborhood. Room is completely furnished and ready to go with tv, microwave, fridge and large closet room. We have 1 female German shepherd so if you're afraid of dogs don't appy. Also if you can't come up with first month rent and deposit, at 1 time, don't apply. I'm really not a bitch, just don't have time for b.s. now for the meat and potatoes...the room is $700 a month with a $25 cleaning fee plus #75 dollar deposit.
