$700 / 3br - 1 Room in 3BR/2 bath home (Beverly)

We’re offering a private bedroom and shared common space in a lovely house near the ocean. We are two women in our 50’s and one little dog (please no other pets) looking for a third woman to live in our house.We are looking for someone who would like to live in Beverly, and who has active interests, a healthy lifestyle, and a sense of humor! This is not your typical room rental ,one woman is mildly developmentally delayed and needs some daily support with cooking healthy meals and time management in the morning. The rent is $700 per month but you will get a monthly stipend of $200 for your help. Each housemate is also reimbursed for money spent on shared meals. The housemates share the responsibility of helping this individual with cooking healthy meals, time management in the morning and companionship. All utilities (heat, wifi) are included in your rent.
