I am looking for a gay male roommate to share my house. I am looking for a long term agreement (1+ years). I am not interested in a weekly or monthly rental. The available room would be unfurnished. I own a house and live in Winder, GA near Yargo. It is a ranch house with 3 bed / 2 bath split bedroom plan. I am looking for a roommate to share the house with me. The house will have internet, cable, washer/dryer. There is an attached 2 car garage but may not be usable (storage). The 2nd bathroom would primarily be yours but also accessible to guests. The yard is not fenced in. I am a 35 year old male. On average, I probably spend around 50 hours a week working. If I am not at work, I am usually at home. I am quiet and introverted. My family lives out of state and I don’t have visitors. I don’t party, drink, smoke, or do drugs.
