I'm taking inquiries for my furnished large bedroom with queen bed, HDTV, small dresser with private bath in my unique safe home on a quite cul-de-sac street for one NON-SMOKING responsible working person with NO PETS. THIS IS A NON-ALCOHOL USE RESIDENCE !!! Rent will be $200 paid weekly every Sunday. This rental is ideal for someone who works for Daher/Triumph Aerospace or in the construction or service sector business. There are NO other people living here to deal with except the owner. Length of lease T.B.D. during initial interview. I prefer someone that’s gonna stay 3 months or longer. Rental includes use of internet & washer/dryer per lease. Off street private parking for one non commercial properly registered & insured vehicle is also included. $200 weekly plus 1 weeks security.
