The oceanfront, resort-style community features 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball courts, gym, ocean-view resident lounge with rooftop deck, and direct beach access. May be able to accommodate an early October move-in, if needed. LOCATION: Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, Del Mar Fairgrounds/Race Track, Belly Up, Fletcher Cove, the train station, and of course, the beach! 15 minutes to MCAS Miramar. 20 minutes to Camp Pendleton or MCRD. HOUSEMATE: one female USMC civilian, who is early to bed and very early to rise. I’m passionate about fitness, nutrition, dog training, and being at the beach. YOU: Clean. No smoking, cannabis, or recreational drug use for HOA and professional reasons. Military or first responders may fit best, but open to all. Must love a big dog. :).
