About the place: Large apartment around 1075 square feet, has large living room, dining room and kitchen, in unit laundry, shared bathroom, small garden, lots of storage space. Pets negotiable. There are two bedrooms up for grabs. Room can come partially furnished. -master bedroom 16x12 $2600+utilities -smaller bedroom 11x8 $1600+utilities Internet is 1gb and around $100/month total. Rest of utilities should not be over $50/month per person. About me: Late 30s, female, start up worker hybrid in office, non smoking, clean, quiet, enjoys spending time with friends and family and outdoor activities, skiing, hiking, etc. Rosie: Chihuahua mix, around 8 years old, loves food, sleeping and other humans and animals Neighborhood: very quiet, close to buses and the N line to downtown. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and parks. Street parking.
