The apartment is furnished. This location is walking distance to downtown Livermore, the bus stop, Lucky grocery store & is very close to 580. It is also about a 8-10 min drive to the Livermore Science Lab. The apartment has an in-unit washer & dryer as well as a dishwasher. Kitchen is open for cooking & pots and pans can be provided. The apartment complex offers a year round heated pool/hot tub. Included in the $1475/month rent is (water, sewage, & trash), WiFi, & garage fees. *Electric will be split*. I can lower monthly rent to $1375/month + 1/2 of Electric if you do not need the garage. Street parking & special reserve parking is available if not. First month's rent is due upon move in. It is currently a month-to-month lease contract & I would like to add you to the lease as a roommate which means you will be subject to a soft credit & background check from the leasing office (typically 3-5 business days). The apartment complex 'requires' an official 30 day move out notice, and I would 'appreciate' it if you could give a verbal 60 day notice of move out. I am clean, quiet, and easy-going.
