It is also about a 8-10 min drive to the Livermore Science Lab. The apartment has an in-unit washer & dryer as well as a dishwasher. Kitchen is open for cooking & pots and pans can be provided. The apartment complex offers a year round heated pool/hot tub. Included in the $1475/month rent is (water, sewage, & trash), WiFi, & garage fees. *Electric will be split*.
