Steps from major bus routes for easy commuting. About your roommate: You’ll be sharing the home with Tani, a respectful, fun, and caring mid-30s professional who works from home. Tani is LGBTQ+, trans-, and ENM-friendly, and values a supportive, inclusive living environment. He has an adorable cat named Poe (this is a one-pet household so no additional pets, sorry!). Tani loves to cook, bake sourdough, dance, hike/camp, attend shows, and play soccer & board games. He is excited for new energy in the space and hopes to develop a friendship with his future roommate. The common spaces are largely furnished at present - but Tani would be excited to get rid of existing stuff to make space for your pieces! Timing & lease details: - Sublet begins late October / early November (with possible earlier option) - Must pass background and credit check with landlord - Lease runs through June 30, 2026 - Security deposit ($1500) and last month’s rent ($1333) due upfront to me upon lease signing (total $2833). Last month’s rent covers June 2026, and the security deposit is refunded by the landlord at lease end. Looking for: Someone who is a direct, respectful, and considerate communicator.
