Room for rent in the Presidio. It’s a lease take over for about 1 year but the move in date can be anywhere from October 1-november 1st (the sooner the better). Two other roommates both female, one kitten and a dog. A block from Baker beach! We are open to a later date if needed but October 1st is ideal for me. Utilities are around 80-100 a month and are payed through two separate entities. First step is a FaceTime interview and second step is a in person your and second interview. it is available. There is a $40 application fee which will be a income backround check. -Laundry is in a laundry room about a 2 min walk, but we have a dryer in unit. -There is street parking and a parking spot that we take turns using. -we like to have notice if you are having guests over. Both roommates are mid 20s , one works from home part time and in person part time.
