Hi everyone :) We are looking for a third roommate at 5-7 Craigie Cir! The room is $1275 a month plus between $30-45 in utilities (this includes internet and electricity - we do not pay for heat or gas) and is AVAILABLE September 1st. No pets please - Rooney (our 5-yr old cat) is people-friendly, pet-wary. Please reach out and we can connect with more details! I came to the Boston area for grad school - environmental policy and planning at Tufts - and just graduated (woo!). I’m on the hunt for jobs, working part time at a music venue/restaurant, but will be working full-time soon (🤞). I like to be active and seek out nature and adventures with friends. I’m 27 y/o and currently wrapping up my thesis for the same Tufts urban policy and planning program Suzanna just wrapped. I’m working as a housing and community planner in Hingham and I currently have a hybrid working schedule. Rooney (the apartment cat) and I have been in Boston for 3 years now by way of NYC and Florida. In my free time I’ll be in the kitchen, crafting, watching a movie, or biking outside (my hobbies are very weather-dependent). I love nothing more than to host some friends for a low-key dinner or convince you all to join me for a Swing dance night, so I look forward to having a roommate who enjoys the occasional social night but values their alone time.
