This spacious house is set in the quiet prospect heights neighborhood near midtown and nestled in the Delaveaga hillsides with a golf course, mountain biking trails, running trails, disc golf, and archery right next door. There are three of us living here without pets and we are looking for a fourth that will complete the household. The house is in good shape and has space to be loved on and changed to meet your lifestyle. David is a 36 year old extrovert that works as an elementary school teacher. When he is not not teaching I like spending time outside, exercising, gardening, cooking, working with ceramics, playing board games, spending time with my friends, family, traveling, and more. He is looking for a friendly housemate that lives and works in the Santa Cruz area. It is important that his housemate is communicative, kind, and respectful. A house mate with shared interest would be great but is not needed. Aliveah is a 23 year old elementary school teacher. She is very passionate about her job and commits a lot of time to her kiddos! Aliveah also likes to exercise and explore outside, work on art projects and play guitar, as well as spend time with her family, friends and boyfriend (Eddie). She is looking for a housemate who she can share mutual respect with and communicate well with. Aliveah is looking forward to meeting our future housemate. Eddie is a 30 year old laid back friendly guy. He likes to cook, explore outdoors including hiking and fishing, play games, and go out to socialize with friends. He loves spending time with his girlfriend (Aliveah). Eddie is looking for a housemate that is clean and responsible and maybe a new friend! The single room available has a large window that faces the back yard garden, wood flooring, and has its own closet (with new double pane windows). This is the second largest room of the three. While the house is furnished this room will be unfurnished. The tenant of this room shares a bathroom with David.
