Two spacious rooms on the first floor are available for rent. A bedroom is 11x16 and a living room is 15x21 with a kitchen. There is a separate entrance, bathroom and laundry rooms. Two ladies live upstairs it's lanlord and another roommate, she stayed at home 3 days only, working night shift, day she sleeping, because we need quiet. We don't go downstairs; we have everything we need. I need one tenant, a professional who can shovel snow when it snows heavily. Someone who doesn't cook much, because I am vegan. And not always at home. Very quiet street,huge driveway. No celebrating Halloween, having friends over, smoking, drinking, using, or selling drugs is prohibited. A quiet environment is required.
