Hi, I have 2 rooms available for rent in my home. One room is larger in size than the other but second bedroom is still a great size. These two bedrooms share a bathroom (Jack and Jill style) The house is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Ardenwood in Fremont. Surrounded by shops, food, and freeway access. There is also a large park across the street from the community and within walking distance to Coyote Hills. Very convenient!! The rent for each room is $1,050/month + Utilities dependent on usage (could range $100-150). We are also asking for a security deposit of $800 per room. We are looking for someone that is quiet and keeps a clean space to rent out one of our bedrooms in our home.
