We have 2 living rooms, we use one of them so the other one is available for use for you, parking space on the driveway and free parking on the street. Very good location, quiet neighborhood, 10min walking from Cataldi park and light rail station. All utilities will be shared between all tenants. No pets. The room is small so it is suitable for 1 or 2 people max (1200$ for 2 people) . You can look the room any time. Available on October 1st.
