Be part of the Beast Mode Truckin family as a Class A CDL Flatbed Truck Driver! This position is open to new CDL graduates, allowing you to kick-start your driving career with a supportive team. You will be responsible for the safe and secure transportation of flatbed cargo, operating primarily within a dedicated region. This role offers a great opportunity for both new and experienced drivers to gain valuable experience while ensuring regular home time. Join us in delivering quality service while enjoying a fulfilling career. Key Responsibilities Dedicated Western Region 48’ to 53’ Flatbed Trailers Home every 2 weeks. The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night. Average miles a week is 2600. Requirements Must be a recent graduate from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Class A CDL. Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents or violations within the past 5 years. Previous employment record should be free of terminations. No DUI's, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years; will be assessed during the safety review. Must show a stable work history with no gaps of employment exceeding 6 months in the last year. Passing a pre-employment drug screen (Urine and Hair) is required. Benefits $1300+ average weekly pay .48 - .61 per mile based on experience. $65 tarping pay. $140 securement training per day. Training is 1 week on-site at the terminal. Training pay $650/week for 4-6 weeks (if under 6 months experience) Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
