Outdoor Maintenance: Be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, including landscaping, tree maintenance, cleaning gutters and ensuring that walkways and driveways are safe. Use of small equipment such as Tractor, Mower, Chainsaw, Skill Saw etc. Emergency Repairs: Respond to urgent repair requests, addressing issues that may pose safety hazards or disrupt normal operations.
